After leaving West Texas I started heading north through New Mexico and into Colorado. I was still adjusting to being by myself on the road so I kind of sped through New Mexico because I knew I would be seeing some friends once I arrived in Colorado.

The first couple images here are from The Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs where I stayed with some super welcoming new friends. Its also where I had my first shower and did my first load of laundry. Thanks Felicia :)

I headed towards Boulder next and met up with one of best friends since I was like 4 years old and we did one of my favorite hikes from the entire trip. Helen is probably the coolest friend I have and she is in the middle of starting her new vegan ice cream company called Best One Yet. It was nice to talk to an old friend about attempting to both become young business owners and the ups and downs of getting started. After a couple days I started journeying towards South Dakota.
