I was recently given an assignment by Tribeza Magazine, a local magazine in Austin, to photograph Chef Yoshi Okai in his 12 seat sushi restaurant Otoko. Chef Yoshi was recently named one of the top 10 new chefs in America by Food and Wine magazine earlier this year, so needless to say I was excited to have the chance to meet him and photograph him.
